I've bought credits to generate AI Avatars / AI Photos. How do I cancel my purchase?

If you bought a set of credits to generate your AI Avatars or AI Photos, your purchase has no expiration date and can't be canceled by following the usual steps to cancel a recurring subscription.

However, if anything goes wrong with your purchase or with the product you receive, you can request a refund by following these steps:

• iOS

  Make sure you're using the same Apple ID you purchased your credits with. Then:

  1. Access this webpage
  2. Sign in with the Apple ID you used to make the purchase
  3. Tap I’d like to > Choose Request a refund
  4. Choose the reason why you want a refund > Next
  5. Choose the purchased item > Submit

  ⚠️ We don’t manage your Apple subscriptions and transactions, so we can’t request or issue a refund on your behalf. Further instructions are available on Apple's Support page.

  You are welcome to ask for a refund through Google by following all the instructions available at this link.
