I’ve canceled my Remini subscription, but I’m still being charged.

    If you’ve canceled your subscription to the Remini mobile app, but you’re still being charged for a Remini service, make sure to verify the following:

    1. Double-check that you've effectively canceled your recurring subscription by following our steps.
    2. Double-check that you don't have an additional subscription that was started on Remini Web. If you do, make sure you cancel it by following our instructions.

    As developers, we don't control the subscriptions managed by Apple or Google. To check how charges occur based on your subscription period (weekly, monthly, yearly), you can view your transaction history in your Apple or Google account settings. Transactions are billed according to your subscription plan's duration.

    The app stores may charge for renewal 24 hours before the end of the current period. To avoid charges, cancel your subscription before this deadline by following the steps in the dedicated article.

    📌 Please make sure you're logged into the correct Google account or Apple ID used for the subscription. If you have multiple accounts, try checking each one, as we can't verify which account made the purchase. Should you still have trouble interpreting subscription information, please reach out to Apple or Google support for clarification.

  • If you subscribed on yourplan.remini.ai

    If you’ve noticed unrecognized charges, make sure to verify the following:

    1. Double-check that you've effectively canceled your recurring subscription by following our steps.
    2. Double-check that you don't have an additional subscription that was started on Remini Web. If you do, make sure you cancel it by following our instructions.
      Please note that, while our website shares some features with Remini's mobile app, the two services remain substantially different and different processes must be followed.


    📌 Please note that subscriptions activated through yourplan.remini.ai are not purchased through the Google Play Store or App Store and consequently won't appear in your Google Play ID or Apple ID subscriptions list.

     If these steps don't resolve your concerns, you might be facing one of the following scenarios:


    👉🏻 You activated a subscription using a different email address
    To avoid unnecessary charges, follow these steps:

    1. Make sure to review your subscription details by looking for our welcome email in your inbox: both the login channel and registered email address are specified in our first email!
    2. Try using other email addresses that might be linked to your Remini subscription to find the one you used when the plan was activated. Follow the dedicated instructions to cancel any redundant subscriptions.


    👉🏻 A previous payment failed and entered a retrying mode
    The charges you see might be due to previously failed payments going through a retry process. When a payment fails due to insufficient funds, our system may attempt to process it again in the following days, which can result in multiple transactions being charged within a short period of time.

    ❗️These charges are to be expected even if you’ve already unsubscribed from the service, as they refer to previous payments that weren't successful on the first attempt. We suggest to:

    1. Check your payment method to ensure there are no issues. Make sure you have sufficient funds and that your payment information is up to date.
    2. Review your billing history: visit this page, write your email, and click Next > Get Link to Manage Subscription. You will receive an email containing a temporary link to access your plan information, including all transaction details and payment methods used.

    • A screen recording that shows your experience
    • The last 4 digits of your card, the expiration date, and the bank that issued your card
    • Any communication you received regarding the subscription confirmation
    •  Other email addresses that might be linked to your Remini subscription
