If you don't remember having subscribed to Remini but you’re getting charged for the use of the app, make sure to verify the following:
- Double-check that the charges you're receiving are explicitly referring to a Remini subscription and not to another service linked to your payment method.
- Double-check that you've effectively canceled your recurring subscription by following our steps.
- Double-check that you don't have an additional subscription that was started on Remini Web or yourplan.remini.ai. If you do, make sure you cancel it by following our instructions on the Help Center.
