If you don't remember having subscribed to Remini but you’re getting charged for the use of the app, make sure to verify the following:

  • Double-check that the charges you're receiving are explicitly referring to a Remini subscription and not to another service linked to your payment method.
  • Double-check that you've effectively canceled your recurring subscription by following our steps
  • Double-check that you don't have an additional subscription that was started on Remini Web. If you do, make sure you cancel it by following our instructions.
