If you're an Android user and you're being charged for a Remini subscription that doesn't show in your Google Play account, make sure to verify the following:
- Double-check that you don't have an additional subscription that was started on Remini Web and that's still charging you. If you do, make sure you cancel it by following our instructions.
- Make sure you've logged in to the same Google Play account you used to start your subscription on Remini. If you have more than one Google accounts, we can't determine which was used to start a subscription. Therefore, we suggest checking all the accounts you have to find which one is linked to your subscription and cancel it from there.
