To avoid unnecessary charges, make sure to review your subscription details in your Apple or Google account settings to see all active subscriptions and cancel any redundant ones.

As developers, we can’t perform further checks on your behalf, as only the app stores manage your subscriptions and payments. Refund requests should therefore be submitted directly to Apple (for iOS users) or Google (for Android users). You can do this by following the instructions provided in our dedicated Help Center Article.

👉🏻 If you correctly cancel your subscriptions on the app stores but are still charged, it is possible that you have started a subscription through a different channel:

If you subscribed through our page yourplan.remini.ai, you won't see your plan within your Apple ID/Google Play ID subscriptions list. Please follow the dedicated instructions to unsubscribe correctly.
As stated in our Terms of Service, charges that have already occurred are non-refundable. -
If you subscribed to our desktop-based service Remini Web, you can find all the details here. All charges from before the cancellation of your subscription are non-refundable as specified on the dedicated Terms of Service.
