Why was I charged even though I selected a Free Trial?

If you believe you selected a free trial but were still charged, please review the terms of the subscription in your Apple or Google account settings.

Keep in mind that the free trial is available only once per subscription type. It’s designed to let you explore the app the first time you download it. If you’ve already used the free trial, you might be charged immediately upon subscribing again to the same plan.


As developers, we don't have control over subscriptions: they are managed by Apple or Google. Therefore, we cannot determine if you have previously used the free trial. If you have, you won’t be able to use it again even though it is advertised.
