I am unable to cancel my plan activated on yourplan.remini.ai.

Please note that subscriptions activated through yourplan.remini.ai are not purchased through the Google Play Store or App Store and, therefore, won't appear in your Google Play ID or Apple ID subscriptions list.

  • 👉 If you can't find the Manage Subscription button in-app

    Please know that this option is not available on outdated versions of Remini. If you don't see the Manage Subscription button, please update the App.

  • 👉 If you see an error on our website while trying to cancel

    If you subscribed via yourplan.remini.ai, and you see an error while trying to cancel your plan via the website, it means that you entered an email address that is not registered on our server. Please make sure to verify the following:

    • Make sure to write the email address correctly and without spaces.

    • Try using other email addresses that might be linked to your Remini subscription to find the one you used when the plan was activated. Follow the dedicated instructions to cancel any redundant subscriptions.

    • Look for our welcome email in your inbox and check to which address it has been sent.

    • Ensure that you subscribed through yourplan.remini.ai and not via a different channel (e.g., App Store/Google Play, Remini Web).
