I've activated a subscription through yourplan.remini.ai, but the app is asking to pay again.

If you have activated a plan through yourplan.remini.ai but your subscription is not recognized, please follow these steps:

  1. Make sure that your subscription has been correctly activated by following these instructions.

  2. Delete the app from your Android or iOS device.

  3. Check your inbox to retrieve the welcome email that we sent you upon subscribing. Within the email, you'll be able to download the app directly on your phone by clicking on Get Remini.


❗️ Please note that subscriptions activated through this channel are not purchased through the Google Play Store or App Store and, therefore,
won't appear in your Google Play or Apple ID subscriptions list. The only way to restore your purchase is through the welcome email or through yourplan.remini.ai by entering the exact email address you used to register.
