Please note that subscriptions activated through yourplan.remini.ai are not purchased through the Google Play Store or App Store and, therefore, won't appear in your Google Play ID or Apple ID subscriptions list.

👉 If you don't remember the email that you used to start your subscription on our website, please make sure to verify the following:
 
  • Make sure to write the email address correctly and without spaces.

  • Try using other email addresses that might be linked to your Remini subscription to find the one you used when the plan was activated. Follow the dedicated instructions to cancel any redundant subscriptions.

  • Look for our welcome email in your inbox and check to which address it was sent > Insert the address no-reply@remini.ai in your search bar—it should come right up. If you can't find it, make sure to check your spam folder. 

  • Ensure that you subscribed through yourplan.remini.ai and not via a different channel (e.g., App Store/Google Play, Remini Web).
