I’ve canceled my subscription, but I’m still being charged.

If you’ve canceled your subscription to the Remini mobile app following our instructions, but you’re still being charged for a Remini service, it’s likely you subscribed to Remini Web.

Remini Web is the desktop version of Remini. It requires a separate subscription that must be canceled via a web browser.

To check if you have an ongoing subscription to Remini Web and to cancel it, follow these steps:

  1. Open the Remini Web homepage
  2. Click Login in the top-right corner of the screen and enter your login details
  3. Click My Account > Subscription > Cancel plan
  4. Click Cancel plan

  4. Login to PayPal
  5. Open PayPal’s Recap page and click Cancel plan
⚠️ If you signed up for a free trial and then decide not to start a subscription, make sure to cancel it no less than 24 hours before the trial ends to avoid unwanted charges.
