How do I request a refund for my mobile subscription?

    1. Sign in with the Apple ID you used to purchase your subscription
    2. Tap I’d like to > Request a refund
    3. Select the reason for the refund request > Next
    4. Select the purchased item > Submit

    Should you be deemed ineligible for a refund, please know that we are unable to take further action on this matter. Therefore, such inquiries are not addressed by our Support Team.
