How do I request a refund for my mobile subscription?

📌 If you can't find an active Remini plan in your Subscriptions list, you've probably subscribed through a different channel — please refer to this article for more information.

🍎 If you subscribed through the App Store (iOS)

  1. Sign in with the Apple ID you used to purchase your subscription
  2. Tap I’d like to > Request a refund
  3. Select the reason for the refund request > Next
  4. Select the purchased item > Submit

For further information on Apple refunds, refer to Apple Support at the bottom of this page.

⚠️ We can't request a refund on your behalf or issue one because the App Store manages your payments directly. Should you be deemed ineligible for a refund, please know that we cannot take further action on this matter. Therefore, related inquiries are not addressed by our Support Team.
