We’re sorry to hear you’re getting a failure message. Most errors can usually be solved by following these steps:
- Delete the app from your Android or iOS device.
- Reinstall Remini. The most recent version has recently been released and you are welcome to download it from the Google Play Store or the App Store.
- Check the stability of your Internet connection. If you're using a Wi-Fi network, try your mobile data connection, and vice versa. If you're using a VPN, turn it off and try again.
- Update your iOS or Android software to its latest version by checking your device's settings.
- Check that your device has enough storage available. If the error message appears when you try to save, the failure may be due to a lack of storage on your device. Try freeing up some space.
- Reboot your device. Here’s Android and Apple's guide on the topic.
- If the error occurs in the AI Photos section, delete and re-train the AI model. Open Remini > tap the settings icon ⚙️ in the top-right corner of the screen > tap Delete AI Profile or Retrain AI Profile and try to use the feature again.

Remini is exclusively available for download on the App Store (for Apple devices) or Google Play (for Android devices). If you’re seeing this error message, it means your version of the app isn’t recognized as authentic. We’d be glad to provide suggestions to help you resolve the issue:
- Update your Device's software to its latest version by checking your settings.
- Uninstall Remini and download it again from the App Store or Google Play to ensure you have the authentic, up-to-date version.
- Don't use program emulators like BlueStack, since the app won't be recognized as authentic: we are continually working to improve our security and protect our users' data, and we cannot support or endorse the use of third-party emulators, as they can pose significant security risks.
- If you're using an Android device, make sure you're using the official Google Play app and check your device's integrity status by doing the following:
Open Google Play > Tap the profile icon in the top right corner > Settings > About > Play Protect certification > Tap Fix device issue > Follow any recommended actions to resolve integrity issues.

User.rate_limited
If you’re seeing this error, you’ve reached the maximum cumulative amount of AI Photos or AI Filters generations on Remini. As of now, we confirm that limits for these specific features are enforced for subscribed users as well.
The advanced AI technology behind your picture generation is highly complex and requires significant computational power. While it’s an expensive process, we’ve worked hard to extend these features as much as possible for all our users.
🚨 We're eager to help resolve any issue you may encounter. However, if these steps don't work, we may not be able to provide a personalized fix. The problem you're experiencing could be temporary and specific to your situation. We suggest trying again later and ensuring you are using the latest version of the app.
