We’re sorry to hear you’re getting an error message while trying to generate your amazing AI Photos. Errors can usually be solved by following these steps:

  • Delete and re-train the AI model. Open Remini > tap the settings icon ⚙️ in the top-right corner of the screen > tap Delete AI Profile or Retrain AI Profile and try to use the feature again.
  • Delete the app from your Android or iOS device.
  • Reinstall Remini. The most recent version has recently been released and you are welcome to download it from the Google Play Store or the App Store.
  • Check the stability of your Internet connection. If you're using a Wi-Fi network, try your mobile data connection, and vice versa. If you're using a VPN, turn it off and try again.
  • Update your iOS or Android software to its latest version by checking your device's settings.
  • Check that your device has enough storage available. If the error message appears when you try to save, the failure may be due to a lack of storage on your device. Try freeing up some space.
  • Reboot your device. Here’s Android and Apple's guide on the topic.

❗️ If the error you see reports the following code 👉🏻    user.rate_limited

You've reached the maximum cumulative amount of AI Photos generations on Remini. As of now, we confirm that limits for this specific feature are enforced for subscribed users as well.

Please note that the limit should reset every day. Therefore, you can wait until the next day to generate more photos! A paid subscription might be required to keep using this feature.
